Please join us as we celebrate the 50th annual conference of the Organization of Flying Adjusters. We have selected the Hotel Monteleone for this special occasion. This elegant hotel is in the French Quarter and has all the flavor of Louisiana. Special rates have been arranged for those wishing to come early or stay late.

Preliminary plans are made and the details are in the works. The Conference starts on the 17th as the golfers head to the links and the less coordinated catch up with new and old friends. There will be a casual reception starting at 6:30 in the hotel.

Thursday, the 18th begins with meetings and speakers, open lunch and concludes with the President’s Banquet.

Friday the 19th. Interesting meetings, hosted lunch and dinner at the D-Day Museum. The food is a sampling of Louisiana fare. The museum alone will leave a lasting memory for you to take home.

Saturday the 20th. We start off with a closed business meeting followed by a delicious lunch. During lunch we will install the new officers and enjoy a presentation of our 2009 Conference.

For those interested in an extended stay. We’ve made special arrangements for sport’s fishermen to take in some of the best inshore fishing on the Louisiana’s coast at Sportsman’s Paradise in Cocodrie, La.
